Why the Name “Stacked”?
When we launched as Lightning Pay, our focus was primarily on Bitcoin payments. Over time, our platform has expanded to include exchange services, automated buying, and business tools.
The name Stacked better reflects our mission: helping New Zealanders stack Bitcoin and make it useful in everyday life.
Why Do Some Payments Still Reference “Lightning Pay Ltd”?
During the transition period, some bank transfers or payment descriptors may still reference Lightning Pay Ltd. This is the same legal entity operating under the trading name Stacked.
